Led the foundational IA and navigation for Cisco’s new Secure Access platform, defining the core structure, workflows, and cross-product patterns used across the system. Focused on turning deeply technical, multi-surface experiences into clear, scalable user journeys.
Designed high-complexity policy, configuration, and admin experiences for enterprise security teams. Simplified multi-step decision processes, reduced cognitive load, and improved accuracy and efficiency across data-heavy, mission-critical workflows.
Owned UX for data-rich surfaces including logs, activity search, monitoring, and diagnostics. Translated large volumes of technical data into intuitive visual patterns that improved issue detection speed and strengthened system transparency.
Created and led cross-regional critique systems, async feedback workflows, and a centralized Design Hub to improve visibility, alignment, and collaboration across distributed teams. Strengthened design quality, reduced duplicate work, and helped foster a healthier, more connected design culture.
